Cancellation Policy
To help ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone, I kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
With proper notice, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward one future appointment, as long as it is rescheduled within 4 weeks of the original booking date. Please note that only one reschedule is allowed per deposit.
Cancellations or changes made after the 48-hour window, as well as missed appointments, may result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service total, as outlined in the service waiver.
